- These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of boilerplate's services. No exceptions may be made to these rules except by express written agreement, signed by both parties. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Access to our services is granted upon successful registration. For premium features, payment is required at the time of upgrade. For business accounts, invoices will be issued upon receipt of the purchase order and are payable within 30 days of invoice date.
- The subscription rate applied at the time of registration remains applicable for the duration of your subscription term. After this period, boilerplate reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Any special promotional prices are valid only for the specified promotional period.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to notify boilerplate immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
- Cancellation of subscriptions must be made via the account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
- boilerplate maintains the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to affected users with reasonable advance notice, except in cases of urgent security or legal concerns.
- Users may not use boilerplate for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes harassment, spam, malware distribution, or violation of intellectual property rights. boilerplate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- All content, features, and materials on boilerplate are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without explicit written permission from boilerplate.
- boilerplate is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. boilerplate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
- Data Usage: boilerplate uses and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy for service improvement, customer support, and marketing purposes. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Opt Out."
